What we do

Our story

The Kaiseki tasting menu is an authentic trip to Japan. Elaborated with seasonal products, it follows a traditional sequence in small portions, as a mirror of minimalist art, much appreciated in Japan.

Our chef, Masumi Ono, has 20 years of experience in Japanese cuisine. He worked for many years in Kyoto and Hidatakayama, then went to Italy, Holland and France to improve his knowledge and experience.

As a team we are working hard to provide an incredible gastronomic experience to our customers.

Dinners will be held once a month and we will have 15 seats available.
